Leopold and the Emperor by Sergei Servianov

Post by Lester Curtis »

What will the post-apocalypse look like at close range?

This . . .

Not much of a plot to speak of, but I wouldn't expect one under the circumstances. Survival is day-to-day, if not minute-by minute. Loyalty -- such as it is -- goes to whomever seems able to keep you alive the longest.

The strength of this piece was in the ever-changing setting and action, and they did an excellent job of bringing the story to life. Characters and dialog were pretty decent, too.

Good work!
I was raised by humans. What's your excuse?
