C. I'm a stats-guy, at the amateur level. One month/____ I determined that my stomack can hold between 4-6 times what is really good for me to eat. Even on slow days, it's 2-4 times. So Portion Control is my rough best recommendation to all you dieters out there. Basically, the exercise needed to nuke a nice chicken and potatoes dinner will be so hard, you can't do it. Best raw guess is just to chop the meal in half.
You can trick your brain as a method of portion control. I don't recall where I saw this or just how to work the details, but I think the way to do it is to use a smaller plate and put the smaller portion on it (check the web for correct details; Dr. Oz might be a place to start). Then, you think you're getting more. Honestly, our brains are a mess. But maybe it's something like that old saying, "Your eyes are bigger than your stomach" -- or maybe it's the opposite.
I was raised by humans. What's your excuse?
