You're thinking of reposting each marked-up story in its entirety? Personally, I'd prefer that to a link, because I frequently find dead links in various forums. I've also seen people posting links which I couldn't access for lack of permission. It would take up a lot of real estate on the page, also, and readers could be tempted to skim.

As an alternative to reposting entire manuscripts, I suggest using the "Quote" option and then snipping everything that didn't need attention. This method is widely accepted on critique sites. Another option is to snip as mentioned above and then change the font color for your suggested edits or comments.

Always clearly signal your snips, as:
This text stays here. This text stays here. This text stays here.

Do you mean by PM? If so, then only that one writer gets the benefit of your suggestions, and the rest of us could be missing out on something helpful.
