Poetry is whatever the writer says it is. Write anything, call it poetry, and it is. Sometimes you can tell by the kind of language used.

Perhaps you haven't heard of 'free verse' and 'blank verse' ... structure is optional. Have you looked at "Good Hunting"? As near as I can tell, it's all a single sentence.

This is why I never critique poems. Without asking, it's impossible to know if even misspellings and mispunctuation weren't intentional.

Just enjoy the stuff. I like "Ra's Mistake" .
