There was a godawful Hulk Hogan flick called 'Suburban Commando', where Hogan is some kind of interstellar bounty hunter who tracks his quarry to the 'burbs. At one point, he deliberately knocks over (domino style) a dozen hawgs belonging to a biker-gang looking group of neighbors who have been giving a hard time to a family he has befriended.

Hogan looks at the head biker type and says, "Yeah, I did it. What are you gonna do about it? Kill me?"

And the biker guy says, "Kill you? This is the 90's, man. We're gonna sue!"

And, of course, the samurai Miyamoto Musashi's book 'A Book of Five Rings' and Sun Tzu's 'The Art of War' were very fashionable as strategy guides for corporate types for a while there ... (Of course, Ken Lay and the like probably studied books about Machiavelli, Genghis Khan, and famous pirates (not necessarily 'of the Caribbean' -- they're not that clever).

I suspect that Denny Crane (Shatner's character on 'Boston Legal') would approve of using the tactics of the Khan in court.
