Poetic, indeed . . . I can't say I think it all makes perfectly good sense, or even reflects reality -- for instance, we do have a problem with cyber-crime (not to mention spam), and you may have noticed the EULA terms of most software refer to laws and courts, and are even specific to certain geographical areas.
