Did I just read a story that ended in the middle? It seemed like it . . . just when I thought there were going to be some answers to what was going on, I got left with a handful of new questions, looking at THE END. I actually had to look at it twice, just to make sure I hadn't missed something.

Maybe that's just as well; the setting seemed to have just a bit more personality than the characters did.
