The November issue should be online tonight, provided that Rob Wynne's internet connection rises from the dead. (Hey, I just watched
"American Horror Story" on FX Canada (we're about 3 weeks behind FX) -- part 1 of the Halloween double episode, so things rising from the dead are on my mind.)
